Great receptionist Kala Keins As a healthcare marketing professional, I regularly visit Paradise Valley Health Care Center, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kala Keins, the receptionist, for the wonderful job she does! Every time I visit, Kala is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Whether she’s assisting patients, greeting families, or helping visitors like myself, she always has a positive attitude and makes everyone feel welcome. Having worked in the senior living and healthcare industry for over 20 years, I truly understand how important first impressions are. The receptionist is often the first person someone encounters when entering a facility, and Kala does a wonderful job creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s always a pleasure seeing her when I stop by. Her kindness, patience, and great customer service certainly don’t go unnoticed. Paradise Valley Health Care Center is fortunate to have her as part of their team!
I am a resident here and I am very happy with the care from the nurses to therapist and even the fun activities program. Ellie, Johanna, Andrea, Maira are a great activity team!

I was hospitalized at Paradise Manor rehab facility for nine weeks. When I arrived, I could hardly walk because of a stiffen hip. The nursing care was very good in the physical therapy and occupational therapy were excellent. I especially want to point out Eddie, Jen and Heather, who took excellent care of me. On the third floor Lou was especially outstanding. The other CNA‘s were also very good. Suspicious nurse Patricia was especially good in getting things done. I highly recommend this place for rehab rehabilitation. O OK
This is the best facility I have ever been to. They took care of my husband. Very good. The nurses, the therapy did an amazing job. The discharge process with the Social services was amazing. I really appreciated Social services Mimi for bringing home health liaison so I can meet with him and know the services prior my husband discharge. I just want to say God bless you all and thank you all for everything guys have done for my husband and you guys are the best facility.
Paradise valley has been the best facility for rehab. All staff are skilled and educated. Everyone been supportive for my recovery. Very positive experience I’ve been always coming back here its my 4th time now. Social Services department are amazing and always there for the residents and family support. Maryam has been so supportive during my stay. Thank you paradise If you want your loved one to be in good hands bring them to PARADISE VALLEY HEALTHCARE CENTER.
