Keep up the great work.
I chose Paradise Manor for my wife based both on recommendations and my own research, and in retrospect, could not possibly have done better for my wife. From her first day she was treated with respect, sensitivity and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. The professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents is truly commendable. In addition, I am also grateful for the relationship staff built with our family. We were always welcomed warmly and made to feel we belonged as well. I found that I had to express these thoughts because so often this very difficult work goes unrecognized. The staff provide dignity and the best commitment to the quality care of its patients is second to none and admirable. My wife was in out from the hospital for over four months now and have been to three different Skilled Nursing Facilities and Paradise Valley Manor is by far the BEST. The facility is very nice, clean and well maintained. I highly recommended this facility to everyone it’s a perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.
A couple of years ago, our family decided a care facility was needed to care for both Mom and Dad due to health issues that needed 24/7 attention and care. After looking at many places, a friend of mine said her mom was at Paradise Valley Manor and was at an affordable price so I called and met with Cecy Salomon and was impressed with her professionalism and she was so very personable, leaving a lasting impression. We ultimately signed with her facility. Cecy is always available for anything the family needs and I told her never to desert that place!
Then there’s the Activities Department with Ellie, Dana, and Michelle who provide so much support and endless energy to the residents and their families for fun, exercise, special events, holiday dinners, you name it. They are so much fun and I myself could never keep up with them. Dad has since passed last October and Mom is very lonely but the Assisted living staff always truly helps, along with our family, to get through it all. Mom has accepted Paradise Valley Manor as her home away from home and says she actually likes it and it’s perfect for her. All in all, thank you to everyone, including Saira at the reception desk who is always welcoming; and to the Maintenance department, the kitchen staff, the caregivers Baby, MJ, Daisy, Chris, Louie (including those who have moved on, and our MedTechs (Frances, Faith, Monica, Chito). All in all, I consider the staff I have gotten to know so well as part of our family, they have the compassion and empathy and due diligence to carry forth the needs of our loved ones at Paradise Valley Manor. Ellie, I don’t know where you get your energy from! But I need it to rub off on me, lol!!
Thank you PVM!
I was released yesterday and just wanted you all to know how extremely grateful I am to have had the privilege of being able to spend my recovery time from the hospital at your beautiful establishment. All your staff members from nurses, therapists, orderlies, and administrators were so very polite and professional. I couldn’t imagine anyone going anywhere else for the love and care of a loved one.
We selected PVM after visiting other skilled nursing facilities in the area. It is very clean and well kept. The staff are truly very special people who care about those they are helping. Special thanks to Lili for all that she did to make my mom’s stay comfortable and tending to her needs and also to Ellie who made sure mom participated in the daily activities like Bingo.
Well it’s been a month since my mom was admitted here at Paradise Manor and I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the wonderful care and compassion my mom has received from all the staff here. It’s honestly a blessing to have such a wonderful environment for healing & rehabilitation. ALL of the staff are all very friendly and kind. It’s been a long road but my mom has made huge progress in this past month here and my family is so appreciative of the amazing work being done here!! This is a special place with a family feel from staff! We are hopeful she will be strong & able enough to come home soon!! Thank you all at Paradise Manor 💗
First off, I wish I had known about PVM&HCC when my Mother and Godfather had to be placed for a short time after each hospitalization. I am in awe at the care my husband is getting here. I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone seems so in tune to his needs. He’s getting stronger by the day! We all have a choice in who will care for our loved ones when need be….I wholeheartedly recommend this Center.
Staff is excellent both of my parents were there. They were treated like family and with dignity and respect.
This post is over due been meaning to write it for awhile. First I like to start off & say thank you to Paradise Vally Manor for taking care of my great Nana. Right when you come in you can see how clean & professional they are. The place is clean & well kept & the staff I’ve encountered have been very friendly & most importantly very attentive to my nana. Katie Cruz one of the Social workers there was awesome, very helpful & kind to us & patient with us, answered every question we had.
Me & family members would take turns visiting her & from my dad to cousins we all felt very comfortable with the care she had there. She went there a couple times, one time she had the option to go or wait one more day & she decided to stay one more day! Now that shows that she liked the care she was getting as well. The nursing staff were very attentive to her & our needs. It’s good to know when times get hard to care for a loved one that we have places like Paradise Vally Manor to trust & be there for our loved ones. My family is very thankful for Paradise Vally Manor & how they took care of our great grandmother. Thank you again & keep up the great work Paradise Vally Manor.
This facility is excellent! I just visited a family friend today and I was so impressed by the level of care and cleanliness and professionalism!! This place is so comfortable and pleasant and offers premium elderly care and medical services!! 5 stars!!
Well, all I have to say is I really would recommend this facility to anyone. My family was really satisfied with the team who took care of my father. Best caring team ever.
I would like to thank P.V. Manor for the excellent care my mother receives here!! Everyone is awesome!! Great people on the team-Mom loves her Doc: Dr. Sato; her therapy team is the best; enjoys the Rec Center care team Ellie, Johanna, Michelle, Dana, Alexa, & Kate; the 3rd floor nursing team-so many to mention; & administration!! Facility is great! 2nd time Mom’s been here and her recovery is doing great!! Thank you!!
I have been a patient here for 1 month, and I have received excellent care; the personnel are well-trained and very friendly and what has impressed me is that they love their jobs so much. Carmen, Judith, Vivian, Joan, Zoe, Marie, Michael, and Lacey, all of these people are committed to their profession and serve their patients well.
My grandmother was here for a few weeks, and it was a very emotional time for my family and I. But the CNA’s & Nurses were very comforting and attentive. They listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions that we had about her health and progress. She was very comfortable and the love and support from our CNA Lily was exceptional. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her stay there. It’s a facility like this that makes her recovery a bit easier for her to get through this. I can’t thank them enough.
