Vicky Solis
Housekeeping Director
My name is Vicky Solis. I am the Housekeeping Supervisor. I am married to a handsome man. I have five sons and six grandkids that God has blessed me with. I love worshiping my Savior, Jesus Christ, and being active in my church responsibilities. I have been working for Paradise Valley Healthcare Center for 23 years. I started working as a housekeeper in 1992 and I was promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor in 2005. I am always available and willing to help residents that need my assistance at any time. I love working at Paradise Valley and I would never change that for any other job!
Theotiste Dawson
Director or Nurses
My name is Theotiste Dawson.  I have a wonderful husband named Brad, two amazing children Trevor and Tanner, and our dog Kona who is also part of our family. We are a very active family that loves to go boating, fishing, watch sporting events, and both of our children play baseball.  My passion in life is gardening and planting.  I have been a part of this amazing team for six years.  Being the Director of Nursing for such an amazing nursing staff, I get to see their dedication and compassion shine through to all the patients they serve.  Dedication and compassion is how I live and it is what makes Paradise and everyone that works here the most amazing facility.
Rosalind Newman
Dietary Director

My name is Rosalind Newman. I have worked at Paradise Valley Healthcare Center for eight years with a previous background in cooking.  My husband and I both enjoy serving at our Church as well as mentoring. Working as the Dietary Director at Paradise Valley Healthcare Center is where I was destined to be and I enjoy making a difference in the quality of nursing care food with an emphasis on cultural foods.  I will continue to work diligently to give our residents the constant care and comfort of a home-like environment. We are truly a family here and every resident helps us to grow!

Amanda Felix
Executive Director of Marketing and Admissions
Hi! I’m Amanda! I have worked in healthcare for over fifteen years. I have worked in every department from dietary, laundry, caregiving, and my most proud, activities. I have worked in all levels of care from acute care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and private home care. I have always enjoyed growing up and spending quality time with the elderly. Learning about their traditional values, the timeless music of their era, and living in the history books of their lives. I possess a passion for people, and marketing is just that. I have worked at Paradise now for going on six years. For the first time in my career, I have found a place that truly is like no other. The leadership, the staff, and the residents are all like family, and I’m proud to market a facility I truly believe in. So when I first started to find my inspiration to share this vision of Paradise, it came as no surprise that, “There’s no place like Paradise,” came so easy. On my own time, I enjoy being a mother of two wonderful sons, Tyeler and Christian, and a wife to my loving husband, Stephen. We love to travel, go to the beach, gardening, and reading!
Monica Carriola
Director of Staff Development (DSD)
My name is Monica Carriola.  I have four wonderful children (three girls and one boy) and in 2015 I became a Grandma!  I have been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 1997.  I have worked in adult day care centers, hospitals (ICU), and nursing and rehab facilities.  I decided to work in nursing and rehab facilities because I saw the great need that they have.  Many of the patients that we take care of don’t have families and when they come to Paradise Valley Healthcare Center they become a part of our family.  I love spending time and visiting with the residents! I started working for Paradise Valley in 2010 as a Med Nurse and was promoted to be the Director of Staff Development in 2011, and I love my job! I love being an advocate for the residents and my employees! I work with a great team of managers and a great administrator who cares about the residents, families, and staff! I hope to be here for many years to come!
Marilyn Nofuente
MDS Coordinator
My name is Marilyn S. Nofuente. I have been working for Paradise Valley Healthcare Center for sixteen years as a Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator.  I consider myself blessed to have two delightful children and a second wonderful family here at Paradise Valley.
